By accessing and using the Yaatra website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. Your continued use of our platform constitutes your acceptance of these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

Booking and Payment

All bookings made through Yaatra are subject to confirmation and payment of the quoted amount. Payment must be received in full before your pilgrimage begins unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept all major payment methods and process transactions securely. A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. You are responsible for ensuring that all payment and personal information provided is accurate and complete.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to support@yaatra.com at least 30 days before your departure date. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 15–30 days before departure are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of departure are non-refundable. In case of force majeure events or emergencies, Yaatra may offer rebooking on an alternative date at no extra cost.

User Conduct

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, disrupting normal flow of dialogue within our platform, and engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices. Yaatra reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these conduct standards.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Yaatra platform, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Yaatra or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without prior written permission from Yaatra. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yaatra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, data, or opportunity. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is cancellation and refund in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts for the resolution of any disputes.
